Getting to a clinic isn't always practical, especially if you're recovering from surgery, living with a disability or finding it harder to get around. Step By Step Health offers mobile physiotherapy, bringing one-on-one care to your home across Batemans Bay, Malua Bay and Braidwood.

Who home visits suit

  • Older adults who want to stay safe and independent at home

  • NDIS participants working towards everyday goals

  • People recovering after a hospital stay or surgery

  • Anyone living with chronic pain or reduced mobility

  • Residents of aged care facilities

Why treatment at home works

Seeing you in your own space means we can practise the exact movements you need, like getting in and out of bed, managing steps or walking around your garden. We can also suggest simple changes to make your home safer.

What a home visit includes

Your physiotherapist brings everything needed for a thorough assessment and treatment. Sessions may include strength and balance exercises, hands-on treatment, walking aid advice and a personalised home program.

Clinics as well as home visits

If you'd prefer to come to us, our Malua Bay clinic at 16 Euroka Avenue is open Wednesday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, and we also see clients at 41 Wallace Street in Braidwood.

Book an appointment

To book a home visit, call 0415 491 547 or book online through our website.
